We contracted Henry as our GC to lead a 175K addition/renovation of our home. We added a master suite (w/ walk-in closet), another bedroom, a play/rec-room, and a workshop. We also took down the walls of an existing room to open up the common areas and built a hallway of pocket doors. We found him to be a great communicator. His subs were professional and courteous. Highly recommend him for others and would be happy to hire him again for future projects.

After the project was completed, I still needed some other things done for my addition and to pass code and he never got back to me. Even after a few emails and voicemails. So, that delayed my project and I had to start from scratch to find someone else. Henry and his company did finish the project, but I was hoping they would continue working on my house.
Henry’s team converted a dark creepy dungeon-basement to a beautiful living area with a spa-like bathroom and a laundry room that inspired my college-age son to actually fold his laundered clothes! Their workmanship was professional and meticulous with intense attention to details. Henry also accommodated miscellaneous little requests and had insightful suggestions. Definitely would hire again!

What a difference the right contractor can make. Henry and his team (Carlos & Miguel) were wonderful! Arrived on time on the date confirmed. They were very respectful of my property as they rolled out tarp before they even stepped foot in the house and vacuumed periodically during the work. I would highly recommend Henry Showah Construction for any remodeling projects you are considering. The work was done efficiently, with minimal inconvenience to me or my schedule.
