The LAST thing any dentist or orthodontist needs is to have their main equipment fail in the middle of a busy afternoon. Cavon first and foremost thank you for doing nothing and explaining what vendors do not know via email. For a Doctor who has spent a lot of monies with Henry Schien, I felt the appreciation. I had an emergency appointment where I could not be in the office. I have always trusted Henry Schien, as things have always worked out. I can't praise Layla and Cavon enough for their exceptional care and attention. Throughout the process of relocating my office and adding equipment, they made everything seamless and even saved me money. The incident I'm referring to involves a brand new vacuum purchased from AirTag that stopped working the Friday before I onboarded a new Dr. We reached out to Layla and Cavon at 4:30 PM on Friday, and despite my frantic state, they remained composed and supportive throughout the weekend.
