customer service is horrible, i have spoken to 5 reps in the last 2 days since no one can seem to help and every single one of them sound like they hate their job and as if im a bother for asking for help which is their actual job. super unprofessional, and time wise?? oh don’t even get me started, an emergency isn’t even an emergency to them apparently.
Worst customer service ever... Very rude manager .. No respect for customers ... If you need a respectful service .. Donot go this place !!!!!
