They charged us seven times for a loaner sterilizer that we never loaned. Tried calling them multiple times without having it resolved. All they say is, we will look into it and call you back but you never hear back from them.

Our office has been going through Henry Schein for years. We love their products as they're top of the line and competitive. When they come to our office for repairs they're very fast, efficient, fair and pleasant! We all really appreciate all they do for us! They definitely go the extra mile and it shows!! Also their mercury is out of the world (JUST KIDDING) lol
