I don’t understand why you guys sold us a Brand new $129 marine battery and guaranteed it for 90 days It was so easy for the sales person to tell us there will be no problems if there’s issues with the battery and now that we are having issues it’s a problem. We tried to go charge it at O’Reilly’s Because the battery has basically been bad since we first got it Never held a charge and wouldn’t even last for an hour boat trip. We have taken the battery in for warranty adjustment and a claim ticket was given to a gentleman. I am sorry but I did not see you in the store when we conversed and tested it. It came in 1/2 charged and we charged it last night and have given it a load test and it passed 100%. Because of your complaint I have called in the manufacturer and just want you to know that the battery does not have a 90 day warranty as you stated, but a ONE YEAR WARRANTY. The owner i believe he said his name was Hal, pretty rude man. Wouldn't allow my younger brother to buy a fishing license because his state id wasnt the same as his. My brother is a minor trying to get a license. Then the man hangs up on me when I tried to talk to him.
