The technicians are very nice, however, the billing is not done fairly. If the technician just steps into your door, no matter if they can do anything for you they will charge $115. The second time they came they were able to help brainstorm some issues, however, still were not able to help much, again $115. I attempted to discuss this issue with billing, they did decrease the first bill 57.00$. RecommendedI had a blocked sewer line between the house and main sewer due to a warped line. I got an estimate from another company that was $9950. Henrys estimate was $2500 and they completed the repair in one day. When I got the final bill it was only $1500. I couldn't ask for better service and value. Thank you, Jeff, Tanya and Cameron!!!!
RecommendedMickey and Garrett came to the house to deal with a gas leak. They quickly assessed and fixed the problem, explaining as they worked. I would recommend you ask for Mickey and Garrett at Henry Plumbing of Savannah.
