I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Henry Meds. I was seen twice for TRT, including an appointment with NP, on Wednesday, July 29, and I still have not had any medication prescribed or received. I was contacted by their team, and they told me to do another televisit, and she forgot who I was and had to do another visit, and she promised the meds would be prescribed the same day or the next day. Serious concern with this service. I am a registered Nurse and I would be fired immediately if I caused a lapse in medication therapy bc I failed to adequately schedule, assess and order medications as appropriate for my patients. I haven't received my TRT for over 2 months now and the providers do not show up to the repeated telehealth appointments! Great customer until you pay then zero help. Had to schedule an appt 4 weeks out at 9:30pm to be told by Dr David Okonkwo, MD, that he's new and doesn't really know much, and can't help me with customer service. Just call the number which takes you to a voicemail to which you may or may not get an AI response. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially after being so helpful in the beginning. Do Not recommend.
I was using Henry meds for awhile. I stopped using it and got restarted. Made a payment upfront. When I went to my appointment, the NP told me she didn’t have me on her schedule and to reach out to support for help. I called and left several messages and emails and got no response. I went into my account system to get my receipt and all my data was wiped out. Only my old invoices and deliveries could be seen. I think this business is now a scam. Please protect yourself and DO NOT waste your money here.
I bought in bulk last summer. When I bought in bulk, they never told me that I had to be concerned about the expiration. They were perfectly willing to sell it to me, but when I started to gain weight, I looked at the expiration and my thousand dollar vials were suddenly worth nothing.
