I have been on medically supervised testosterone replacement therapy for over 12 years. Buyer Beware! I had a 6-month subscription for GLP1 oral at $249/mo and cancelled at the end of my subscription. I found it hard to cancel on the portal, so I called Henry Meds. They assured me that my subscription was cancelled BUT two months later I was billed for $498. I called Henry Meds and they said I cancelled the auto-renewal but not the subscription. Henry Meds said they will check into the issue. Hopefully I will get back my $498.

Sign a 6 m contract then they do not deliver the product. Make you jump through a bunch of hoops. Its not like calling Walgreens and asking for a refill...they make you make an appointment that is difficult to make. Support is a cluster. A disappointment. Go elsewhere

I received glo1 semiglutide injections for 3 months. Payment was 267.00 for 6 months. It is now 9 months later, I haven't received any injections since April, but they continue taking 267.00 out monthly. Then I was told it automatically renewed , I didn't sign up for that, and no additional meds were sent. I when I asked why, they said I had to make a request to speak with a physician to get the prescription. Waiting to see if they refund for the 801.00 they took without providing any medications.

Does anything work at Henry Meds I received my initial prescription after paying. it arrived 5 days later. That was two months ago. The only other thing that arrived afterwards were two monthly invoices for $249 each but no medication. I tried reaching out via the phone number listed (three times) but it did not ring. This was at 4pm PST on June 17th. I tried the online chat feature but after waiting for a response, I was informed that the chat feature was closed.
