Great customer until you pay then zero help. Had to schedule an appt 4 weeks out at 9:30pm to be told by Dr David Okonkwo, MD, that he's new and doesn't really know much, and can't help me with customer service. Just call the number which takes you to a voicemail to which you may or may not get an AI response. Very frustrating and disappointing, especially after being so helpful in the beginning. Do Not recommend.
I was using Henry meds for awhile. I stopped using it and got restarted. Made a payment upfront. When I went to my appointment, the NP told me she didn’t have me on her schedule and to reach out to support for help. I called and left several messages and emails and got no response. I went into my account system to get my receipt and all my data was wiped out. Only my old invoices and deliveries could be seen. I think this business is now a scam. Please protect yourself and DO NOT waste your money here.
I bought in bulk last summer. When I bought in bulk, they never told me that I had to be concerned about the expiration. They were perfectly willing to sell it to me, but when I started to gain weight, I looked at the expiration and my thousand dollar vials were suddenly worth nothing. Just the worst service ever. Product that requires refrigeration shows up hot. Or not at all. Impossible to get a human on the phone.
I have been on medically supervised testosterone replacement therapy for over 12 years. During my recent 3-month check-in with Henry Meds, a lab processing issue outside of my control required me to repeat blood work. I completed the repeat labs promptly and followed up multiple times requesting scheduling, as I was close to running out of medication.
