Terrible, they do not listen to the patient.and they like wasting your tax money.
Completely garbage ER. Was flat ignored after suffering a TIA right there, when I kept asking for ANYTHING for my dry mouth, and also something to deal with the searing pain in my right jaw. Got nothing except for lies and condescension. One of the ER nurses accused me of having DTs, when my right hand wouldn't stop shaking. Um, hello? I would give no stars if I could! Dr. Hook & really all the Dr.'s & nurses are not caring & they alway misdiagnosed like me on 3 different times. All I have to say RUN AWAY GO TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL!!!! Same on them!!!!!
If I could rate at zero stars or negative stars I would. Worse hospital I've ever been in. Thought Valencia for being the affluent community it is would have a better hospital but if you're sick it's better to stay at home because they do NOTHING for you. Everyone is so uneducated .. The nurses and doctors talk to each other sarcastically to pass the time away and act like the patients are like non existent.. It's blatantly discriminatory and so uncomfortable.
