So far a million times better then my previous doctor plus they offer and after hours clinic and an Saturday clinic. Real people actually answer the phone and your not talking to an answering machine waiting sometimes days for a call back. Dr Jurasek is very Quick and thorough and you get seen at your actual appointment time not get there at 2 maybe get back to a room by 3 They got rid of the after hours clinic but their staff is still really good and my doctor is second to none. While Dr Jurasek himself is a good caring doctor after 20 years as a patient I will go elsewhere. I needed an approval/clearance from my primary physician (Dr Jurasek) for a radical prostatectomy when I called they refused to book an appointment until I paid an outstanding balance of $40. This is the first I learned of this balance and have always paid my bills. A little research and it looks like this was a balance from 2X $20 co-pays from virtual visits..
