Terrible referral coordinator. Would not look my daughter up by name, claimed she didn’t have her referral but told me they didn’t do the eval she needed. Called the physician who referred her to find out they called yesterday them to say they couldn’t take her. Might have been nice to know they actually got the referral but couldn’t take her rather than they didn’t get the referral period.
