Difficult to get appointment but worth the trouble.
I was greeted promptly and professionally, and was seen by the doctor within 15 minutes of my arrival. Dr. Biggs explained my condition thoroughly along with available treatments. I was completely satisfied with the Joint Replacement Institute.
Dr. Biggs combines a warm, approachable bedside manner with deep expertise in knee and hip replacement. What stands out most is his commitment to growth—despite his many years of experience, he continues to refine his approach. He will be launching a new protocol in 2026, designed to give patients the best opportunity for healing and recovery. My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Biggs. My husband had a knee replacement in 2025 and I am scheduled for the same surgery in 2026.
