Paid extra, a lot, for expedited appointment, Dr Biggs Secret Sauce, & drugs. Worth it. All employees there very nice & professional. Seemed to care about my issues & outcome. Texts after surgery a bit “generic” but generally helpful. I’ll do it again next time if/when necessary.
Dr Biggs tries to understand your current status & future goals then tailors a treatment plan. He’s very supportive with whatever you decide.
The new protocol Dr. Biggs employs is a game changer. I recovered at twice the rate of my first knee replacement that he did three years ago. He and his entire team were available and helpful at all times. Couldn’t recommend higher!
I experienced very little discomfort with my knee replacement, and the daily texts help me know what I was experiencing was perfectly normal. I feel I couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend Dr. Biggs secret sauce, too. It is worth every penny.
