Everything but their phone system was great. Timely appointments, great Surgeon physical therapy and follow up text. Many times the phone rings and rings with no one to answer.
I went to numerous ortho doctors in Naples and none were as kind and as accommodating as Dr. Biggs. I talked to hospital nurses and found that several others have a high infection rate. Did not want that!! This is the place you want to visit. You will receive regular updates from the doctor as to what you may be experiencing for 6 weeks. Those are very informative and comforting - to know that you are really ok. Then the post surgery visits and PT at his office building are demanding but necessary.
