The communication was great and provided good support. I’m a little over 5 months post surgery and I’m able to do pretty much everything
Dr Biggs and team have been great to work with. I’m 6 weeks post op and working hard at PT. All has gone very smooth for me.
I had both knees replaced recently with Dr. Biggs. left on 3/4 and the rt on 4/15. I have never met a Dr. that was so understanding, interested and helpful in all of my surgeries. He responds immediately with any questions you have. Makes the process so much less scary :) Would totally recommend this Dr and his procedure.
Dr Biggs is the best orthopedic surgeon and doctor! He takes his time answering questions and never rushes the appointment. I also love the AI component he uses after and before surgery. I recommend him highly.
Paid extra, a lot, for expedited appointment, Dr Biggs Secret Sauce, & drugs. Worth it. All employees there very nice & professional. Seemed to care about my issues & outcome. Texts after surgery a bit “generic” but generally helpful. I’ll do it again next time if/when necessary.
