Dr. Kaufman and his staff were very helpful explaining what was going to happen with the procedure.
They were very punctual. The staff in the back along with Dr Kaufman was very friendly and helpful. The staff up front however, was not so friendly.
Most knowledgeable oncology surgeon besides MD Anderson. Wonderful with patient questions and bedside manners.
First visit with Dr. Kaufman. Really liked him and his staff. He took his time with me.
