Very knowledgeable and listens, rather than talk over you, as some doctors tend to do. Very down to earth and easy to relate to.

I am fair skinned and I see Dr. Henry twice a year. I have had two skin cancers removed and many keratosis frozen. When I go in, he does all the treatment necessary at the time. He is very nice and explains what needs to be done. I am very happy with the treatment and have had no problems. The staff is friendly and was very accommodating when I needed to reschedule my appointment.

Called this office as we have no dermatologist in Clovis. Was polite to clerk. She asked me what insurance I had informed Blue Cross Blue Shield and Molina. Boy did her attitude change she sighed heavy and reprimanded me and said that I would have to pay in full than file later mind you she was scolding me while saying this. I informed her that I was done with the phone call and hung up. Clerk is going to make this business suffer if anyone cares. They lost my money.
