I would never recommend this place to anyone with a loved one in any condition. My family member was admitted to the 4th floor ventilator unit to get weaned off, and from the start, it was a nightmare. The nurses were rude, dismissive, and completely unapproachable. Any time I tried to ask a question or get clarification from a doctor, it felt like I was being scolded just for wanting to understand what was going on. This place has favoritism towards certain residents due to the fact that their family work in Carter. If you want your family to progress you don’t bring them to a place like this. They are short staff and the nurses never helped. I watched my mom deteriorate while being here. The aides are nice but the nurses forget about it.

Es un horror mi madre estuvo hospitalizada ahí para ser específico el 6to piso y el el 3er piso, en el 6 piso comenzó nuestra pesadilla, tan solo dos enfermeras se pueden llamar trabajadoras de la salud, los demás incluyendo a un doctor chino de edad avanzada son unos desarmados , parece que los parieron vestías , mi madre llegó allí con una quemadura curada, pero con la piel sensible, la dejaban 3,4,5,6, horas sin cambiar hecha del 2 y 1 siempre que llegaba yo estaba sucia como esperando a que nadie fuera para no limpiarla,... read more

If I could give a 0 rating I would. They are the most unprofessional and uncaring staff I've ever encountered. They hang up the phone while you're mid sentence trying to find out how your relative is doing after a crisis the day before.
