Dr. Kleinman was amazing with my son who had to have two baby teeth pulled to make room in his mouth. He explained everything very thoroughly and even called that night to check on my son. I highly recommend Dr. Kleinman for any oral surgery you need!
This office will code your exam as a "consultation" so insurance will deny the charge and instead of being paid the lower contracted price by insurance, they get paid full inflated price out of pocket by the patient. I verified the ADA definition of "exam" and "consultation" with the insurance company and either will technically fit so they are taking advantage of a loop hole to use the network to attract patients but not honoring network pricing. Beware!
I had a consultation appointment with Dr. Falk on 6/20/16 to discuss the removal of my wisdom teeth. He was courteous throughout and made sure to cover all the necessary details in a prompt manner and thus scheduled the surgery for 6/23/16. The procedure went very smoothly. I was completely relaxed throughout and Dr. Falk did a flawless job. The nurse also explained my post-operative instructions thoroughly and concisely. It is 6/24/16 and I already feel great and anticipate a quick recovery.
