Extremely clean and friendly. Great location in the heart of the Garden District. The staff are so welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend.
Amazingly beautiful hotel with superb staff. Alberto the manager provides excellent service as well as being a historian with a wealth of information about the area. The location is convenient yet quiet area. I highly recommend this hotel.
The minute you drive up to the front of this historic gem you know you have landed some place special. Walking across the threshold really proves it. Then you enter the rooms...beautiful, luxurious and so comfortable. It's hard to leave. I have been to many places in this world and this is in my top 5. This review wouldn't be complete without mentioning the hospitality. All those who work here are special and love and respect the place they work. I will be back!
Very nice staff!!!! They were very helpful with telling us about the great activities to get into during our stay.
Loved the henry howard. Stayed at 3 different hotels during my nola trip and this was by far the best place. The service staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The HH's attention to close detail puts it far above the rest. Cannot recommend this place more.
