Troy purchased our townhome which needed some updating very easy and stressfree. He was very fair on price and was very straightforward and informative through the entire process. Everything went very quick. Highly recommend Troy and his team.
They are amazing and very patient. I knew exactly what I needed for a fresh start for me as my house was becoming a financial burden with repairs, increasing taxes and such. I looked with other companies they also knew what amount I needed from the get go to get all debt associated with house paid off they came on pushy or came in way to low still leaving me paying for repair loans on the home that I would no longer own. I highly recommend this company.

The closing was easy and everything I needed to have fixed was done so in a timely Manor. The repairs done to the home turned out great and Troy is an awesome at fixing up old homes.
