Someone please open a medical practice here! They don't answer phone much. Don't reply to messages. Treat long time patients poorly and ineptly. The doctor is now afraid to prescribe painkiller because 'he doesn't want to go to prison'. It's time to GO.
Did not diagnose medical problem, but did not refer. Does not listen/hear. Seems unaware of many new procedures, treatments and medications. Most often see Nurse Assistant. Have multiple problems not being cured/treated well/acknowledged by him. Probably past time to retire.
