1/3/2026 Worst hospital experience The entering and exit hall at the the emergency department smells like urine I got here at 9 am still and I am still waiting in the waiting room it is 11:30 am as of now , and I haven’t been seen A veteran and his wife with a black eye where waiting nearly as long as if not longer . Multiple patients walked out of the waiting room due to prolonged waiting periods This is a very sad situation and someone should most definitely be held responsible

First visit to Henry Ford Medical Center – New Center One, and we were so pleased! They were able to see my 80-year-old nanny the same day, which we truly appreciated. Everyone was kind and compassionate, and the valet parking voucher was a thoughtful touch. ❤️

Endocrinology - Always 3 months to get appointment - Never get to see a doctor, they hide in their offices if even there, and you deal with their incompetent associates - They ALWAYS get your script Wrong

I called today at 9:00 AM regarding an appointment. The receptionist I spoke with (a Black woman, for identification purposes) had a very rude and dismissive attitude. I was simply asking questions about scheduling, but she was very short with me and did not communicate professionally. I felt disrespected by the interaction and wanted to bring it to your attention.
