Received dissolvable stitches from Taylor Novice MD and had nothing but an amazing experience. From the time I got there parking was easy, the receptionist was polite and friendly. I probably waited a total of 5 minutes the two times I was there so the wait times were great. Dr. Novice was amazing she was so attentive — talked me through everything, the stitches were painless and she did an amazing job! If I ever am in need of a dermatologist I will be back. Thank you to the Henry Ford team
Today, I had an appointment with the Endocrinology Department. I found Ms. Raphaela to be a ray of sunshine. She works up at the front desk and deserves a shout out for her kindness!
Nikki (may be spelled Niki, Nicki, so on...) is very rude and dismissive.

Called 3 times and I was hung up on twice and transferred to billing the last time!! Horrible customers service!!!!!!!!
