Apparently they are no longer a Walk-In clinic anymore. So I was denied being seen today because I don’t have an appointment. But Online it says walk in clinic and i’ve been going here for years. couldn’t tell if the lady just didn’t want to help me or henry ford hasn’t updated their locations online to say appointment only. such an inconvenience drive 45 mins to get turned around.

I just spoke with a receptionist at 3:26. I forgot the name she said but I know you guys can pull up my records and see who accessed them. I called because I simply need a covid test. I have all the symptoms but my at home test said negative. I work in a school and need to know if I'm okay to go back to work this week or not.
