I was misdiagnosed. Claimed I had an upper respiratory infection turns out I had the flu and by the time I went back to the hospital due to symptoms worsening I was out of the timeframe to receive medicine for it.

This is not a walk in clinic...its apt only. The staff is very rude and refused to see my infant because its apt only.

I had an excellent experience at the same day clinic seeing Dr. Phillips. He is an absolute gem and got me feeling almost immediately better after I was misdiagnosed at an urgent care clinic two weeks prior. He took his time, heard me fully, took the whole picture, and validated me. Thank you, Dr. Phillips. I am glad there are incredible Doctors out there like you.

I went to get a COVID test and that was the worst part. The receptionist was very professional, and the doctor answered all of my questions and prescribed medication for me BUT the nurse(she told me her name was Bonnie) was not gentle with me at all. I am aware that the swab has to go far into the nostril. I've had nose swabs for COVID-19 before. She told me to raise my hand if it hurts, so I did and she literally continued to jam the swab so far into my nostril that I had to yell at her and moved her hand for her to stop. I... read more
