Great service and nice atmosphere.
My child was seen by Afrah Saadi, PA-C. She missed the condition during physical exam, resulting in the need for a pricy rx correction at my expense. I reached out to Henry Ford for this to rectified and instead was left to foot the bill. Upsetting overall experience.
My review was taken down apparently but cool. Again Latanya is great nothing should ever happen to her but there are no other professionals here waiting an hr and a half past my appointment time after taking off work is unacceptable would not recommend been sick 3 wks again if I died in that room nobody would have known. Yall remove I repost next this will go on my socials.
I got a same day appointment for a sinus infection. I was seen on-time by a very helpful, very patient and kind doctor who took the time to answer all of my questions about my medications and my condition. Would recommend Henry Ford Health to anyone.
