Dr Robert Phillips treated me. He was thorough and very kind. He went out of his way to get additional information on my diagnosis and coordinated follow-up care. I can't thank him enough for everything. I will choose here over a closer urgent care facility whenever they are open.
I have to say I’ve been here twice and both times have had awesome service! They got me in and out very quickly and I was nothing but happy with this location. They’ve obviously taken the previous comments seriously because it’s nothing but a pleasant experience when I’ve been.

The nurses were unprofessional and so was the doctor. The nurse kept talking about how she was tired and didn’t want to be working. Extremely apathetic staff. Doctor could barely hear and did not take my husbands symptoms seriously. Very dangerous for a Doctor to blow off symptoms. Ended up at Beaumont for some real help. After a chest x-ray and EKG was completed, my husband was finally taken seriously at Beaumont. Please listen to your gut and go to a different facility . Extremely disappointing and scary!
