Huge disappointment at Henry Ford - Royal Oak Radiology! The technologist was not aware of the order, blamed my doctor and continued to be rude and dismissive when I asked questions to clarify the order. I expected professionalism, clear communication, and compassion, but unfortunately received none of those. I hope the department reviews its patient communication and complaint-handling practices so other patients do not have a similar experience. 1st& hopefully lst times hereunder another i took a test there in October. And bc of yall not too bright staff forgot to send my surgeon the results. I can't get my surgery. Thats one of the reasons y I dont like Henry Ford🤔🥺
Absolute clown show. Avoid this location at all costs. Phone wait times over an hour. Can't answer basic questions. I was transfer to 4 different people/departments and still didn't get an answer. I ended up at the wrong line with Neurology and that person simply hung up on me. I called the Bloomfield location and was able to get an answer in under 3 minutes.
