Scheduling for ultrasound goes through W Bloomfield. Was told that HFH at all locations, does not do Breast Ultrasounds for women who have dense breasts, as shown by previous mammograms.
I've had 2 different imaging services here and both experiences were flawless.
I am so happy that HFH Medical Center is closer to my home. I walked in for a X-ray my wait time under 10 minutes I had an appointment with PT in and out so far without any confusion. The facility offers free structure parking under 2 hours. I wished the parking was connected to the building just because it is Michigan (cold rainy weather). The center is very clean and friendly employees hopefully this standard of excellent continues. I am former employee and I recognize happy employees it comes across positive energy.
I went to the Royal Oak location to get an x-ray. Their website states very clearly that x-rays are on a walk-in basis. I called to confirm this. I went to the location and was told I needed to make an appointment, that they no longer do x-rays on a walk-in basis. I left, called the number I was given to schedule an appointment, and was told they don't take appointments that it is on a walk-in basis!
