1st& hopefully lst times hereunder another i took a test there in October. And bc of yall not too bright staff forgot to send my surgeon the results. I can't get my surgery. Thats one of the reasons y I dont like Henry Ford🤔🥺
Absolute clown show. Avoid this location at all costs. Phone wait times over an hour. Can't answer basic questions. I was transfer to 4 different people/departments and still didn't get an answer. I ended up at the wrong line with Neurology and that person simply hung up on me. I called the Bloomfield location and was able to get an answer in under 3 minutes. Scheduling for ultrasound goes through W Bloomfield. Was told that HFH at all locations, does not do Breast Ultrasounds for women who have dense breasts, as shown by previous mammograms.
I've had 2 different imaging services here and both experiences were flawless.
