The people behind the front desk were pleasent but wow the lady who took me back for my imaging was nasty towards me. I felt like I was in boot camp. She ordered me around, was very unfriendly and when I told her about my arthritis and fibromyalgia she said it's not my fault, she pressed down so hard on my chest I felt like I was being punched very hard in the chest , she grabbed my arm with both of her hands harshley to arrange where to put my arm and wouldn't let go when I told her it hurt, she said" I'm not doing Anything... read more
The staff behind the counter were very friendly, but the woman who took me back to XRAY to have both of my feet Xrayed, was completely out of line. She told me to take off my shoes and get on the table. I also removed my socks...to which I got "scolded" for, because as she put it "I don't like feet, I think they're disgusting and I don't want to look at them." Went for a walk-in radiograph and it was very quick and easy. Candace and Nicole were awesome and friendly. I was in an out in about 15 minutes. Both of these ladies deserve recognition for their professionalism, helpfulness, and excellent patient experience.
The people were rude, the doctor sent me down there for an X-ray for pneumonia and instead of making me comfortable they treated me uncomfortable.
