I have been a client of Henry Ford Pharmacy and I continue to feel unhappy about their customer service. The staff that answers their calls is often not friendly and close to being called rude. They answer the phone with no greeting and rush you often off the phone. Just an overall not good feeling to the point I avoid calling them. Does anyone in this department train them how to address customers and how to interact with them?? I was recently in the ER with severe pain with my feeding tube. They couldn't get an IV going on me after trying many times. I warned them in advance that I usually need an ultrasound guided IV, but the nurses ignored me. Eventually after writhing in pain for over another extra hour, they finally got me an ultrasound guided IV going on me. ALSO THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS KEPT IN A HALLWAY ALL ALONE BY A COLD DRAFTY DOOR. Prescription was not properly filled. High effort required to resolve. Hey folks, read the label and do you job, correctly the first time, think you can get some training on how to do that?
