The receptionist Carrie is incredibly rude, impatient and unprofessional on the phone. When calling to schedule for a patient, she was extremely rude to all three of our employees who spoke with her on the phone. When asking for a call-back number she responded in an aggressive tone "the number you called" despite me telling her I was transferred from another line. She hesitated to give me her name, rushed me during the entire call and overall had a very unprofessional tone and demeanor. She gives a very bad first impression... read more
AMAZING! The receptionist got me in in 2 hours, (Candice I think) super nice, and dr Maceroni did a great job with the cast and got me all the info I needed. Fast, efficient, and honest.
