Husband is having chest pains. Gets brought in by ambulance and we have yet to see a doctor 4 hours later. Not only that, but no staff and I mean no staff has checked on him. The room the put us in is disgusting. There is splatter all over the walls, nasty red goop stuck the the floor and stains all over the counter. This place is nasty, and lacks and professionalism. I will never return to this joke of a medical facility

I wasn't going to share this experience at Henry Ford 19 mile but, having heard others stories from this same location, I felt like I needed to share for anyone who may need to go to the ER.. you might double think this ER after what I have to say... Back in June, I went to Henry Ford ER with severe stomach pain all over my stomach...I sat in the hallway on a stretcher for hours, saw my nurse once, was told that I had a ruptured ovarian cyst and then informed that they couldn't do anything else to help me and they'd be disc... read more

Went to the ER for a visit on a Sunday night to be evaluated for a blood clot. My vascular specialist advised me to go to an emergency room for immediate evaluation.. Imagine my surprise presenting to a full fledged hospital ER to be told they would arrange for outpatient services the next day for me. I'm fully aware of how outpatient services work and how to arrange for them on my own. At first this seemed like a nice hospital. My family and I have been HF patient's for 25 years my husband since the 1950s. Well apparently I was denied to make an appointment to get my knee drained and shots in it untill I spoke to a financial planner. I owe 2400 dollars my husband owes 800 dollars. I'm disabled. Now I'm getting harassing emails threatening me with legal threats and the are going to report this to the creditors because we are late paying the bill. We are also getting phone calls.
