RecommendedI had an injury to my eye and needed to get in as soon as possible. They bent over backwards to get me in right before they closed. The entire staff was so nice and helpful. I was a little nervous about my eye and they made the whole experience easier to go through!

RecommendedNot the greatest experience with my eye exam. Felt like it was rushed and an assembly line. BUT today I went to have my glasses adjusted and had a great experience with someone that was qualified, competent, patient, quick and kind. Kirk Elam was a great representative and seemed to thoroughly enjoy what he was doing making it a great customer experience.

I had called 40min prior to my appointment to let them know my insurance information, but once I arrived they didn’t have it updated in the system. The optometrist I seen wasn’t very friendly. He was straight to the point and we hardly spoke. While others might like that, I found it a little rude. Once I got to pick out my glasses, Steven H was my optician and he was absolutely WONDERFUL! RecommendedBeen going to HFO since 2003, and they never disappoint. Great eye doctors, as well as customer service, contact lens ordering, and even fast glasses repair or adjustment. Brought mine in the other day after my two year old got to them, and was out in less than 5 minutes good as new. Highly Recommended!!
This place is clean, organized, and full of helpful employees. I worked with Bill, and he walked me through the entire store looking for a pair of glasses that I liked and would fit my face. I appreciated his patience for me wanting to try on so many pairs of glasses! Check out was quick and my glasses were ready in less than a week! Overall, It was a quick and easy experience from the smiles walking in, to the hand shake on the way out! Thanks again!
