Excellent care, office and staff
From the time ⏲️, I arrived for my appointment, all staff showed exceptional professionalism. Scheduler @ front desk, she was so caring, compassionate, and helped me to get my appointments scheduled, and let me know, how to schedule my appointments in order! All the frames are locked up so you can’t walk around and try them on to see what looks good on you and fits your face. This makes for a difficult shopping experience. I mentioned it, the man at the desk said that there was too much theft and forgot to offer to help so I left without making a purchase. Too bad.
