I’ve always liked Dr Turpen, shes friendly and to the point. I feel confident with the exam she gives me. The staff is always friendly as well. The girl who helped me find my glasses (I can’t remember her name unfortunately) was helpful and picked out many different frames but I wish she would have been a little more confident in telling me what looked good and what didn’t. In the end I always have good experiences with my eye exam and would recommend Henry Ford Optimeyes
Doctor and staff are great. Swift service, this group do not doddle around, you are their first priority.
The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. The Doctor is always so welcoming, remembers me and does an amazing job. They do not pressure you to purchase glasses. Clean, friendly and welcoming!
I go put of my way to come to this location even though there's one much closer to me. The staff is so nice, I don’t feel intimidated or anything, and they have a wonderful selection of glasses!
