It genuinely felt as though only a temporary “Band-Aid” solution was provided, more out of concern for liability than for actually addressing my medical condition. In regards to pediatric endocrinology: Things used to be great over here. I have basically been seeing Dr. Degnan since I was first diagnosed with diabetes 18 years ago. I go to college but would always try to get appointments for when I come home. Unfortunately it seems like they are underwater in new patients, to the point where they cannot accommodate old patients. The last time I was in for an appointment was in May of 2025.
