I went to the Ascension St John on Kercheval to take a friend for bloodwork. No proble With checking myself in but, the kios was not preforming correctly if was buffering and buffeting and buffering. Finally We got tired of waiting so We push the button for assistance and we waited and waited no one came meantime the kiosk was still doing the same thing as before so we had to push the button for assistance again the girl in the back finally came our and was irritated that the assistance button was pushed. This practice is really good! Each staff member is friendly. They all ask how you are today. The wait to be entered into an exam room is very short. After your weight and blood pressure are taken, the doctor quickly enters. My exams have always gone well. Dr. Patel is wonderful. She discusses my blood pressure, my meds, reactions to the meds, my general well being, and gladly answers all of my questions. She is open to any discussions regarding my health.
