I called to make an appointment and the front desk lady was rude for no reason and gave me attitude over the phone, she also made me feel not welcomed and judged As someone who is supposed to greet patients and answer phone calls, make appointments, and deal with insurances that is one of the first things people see in an office as a first impression if they are open, kind, and welcoming towards patients , which I can tell they are not just by having a conversation with someone in the front desk. My care was honest and superb, I felt well taken care of at this facility and they promptly addressed all my concerns and provided referrals to needed specialists. Wait time was negligible, with a friendly competent staff great visit

Dr Lina Youif is a wonderful doctor..takes time too listen and on top of and issues that come up . She puts her patients first..So glad we chose her.
Had my first visit with these guys after my motorcycle accident. I spent a total of maybe 1 minute in the waiting room and I was already in a room being cared for. They did a really wonderful job, and everyone here is beyond caring and sweet. All around great doctors so far at Henry Ford.
