I been in pain in the lobby for 7 hours! I kept getting told its about the seriousness of my condition. I never waited 7 hours in a lobby at ANY Hospital and it could be longer im witing this as i wait in the lobby. Update: I never got seen. I waited 9 hours!! YOU DAMN NEAR HAVE TO BE DEAD TO GET SEEN HERE !!! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!!
Don’t send anyone you care about here. This hospital is the reason I lost my mom, my dad, and grandma from 2017-2018. Literally wiped out my family sending them here. Negligent care doesn’t even begin to describe it.
In my experience, this is the best hospital in Michigan. The staff are all so loving, kind and thoughtful! Everytime when I finally leave, I feel like I'm leaving loving family behind and I miss them!

Went there two weeks ago for a bad dog bite. ER doctor told me they had no non-stick gauze pads, so she used regular gauze stuck it to my half opened wound because it was a dog bite. However she didn't even use any back trace in either or ointment between gauze and my skin. Went to plastic surgeon only got to soak it a couple seconds. They had no cups to take medication. Head to use tiny medicine cup.
