Thee worst! You have to check yourself in using a kiosk. You have to write your own name on your urine cup. I have to mention that there were at least 7 other urine cups in the basket in the bathroom where I was told to leave my urine. When do they collect the urine? You have to stop your own arm from bleeding after they draw blood. Next, we will have to draw our own blood. I'm glad I switched healthcare networks-this is my last time here.

As a medical professional when I first arrived, my gut told me to leave and go to another HF lab that I usually frequent to get my blood drawn, but this one was closer. After signing in and waiting for about 10 minutes, she called me by an incorrect first name, then called me again by another incorrect first name. I called in advance to see if I had to make an appointment. No one answers the phone. I called again to make sure that their hours were as listed on the paper. No one answered the phone. The paper indicated that they are open 7 AM to 6 PM on Friday. I got off work early and I did not eat all day at work today sure that I was following the instructions on my lap prescription. Call and said they were open till 5:30. The recording even says it. I showed up at 4:50 and it was locked. Knock on the door and the lady said we are closed. Several people showed up and even a disabled person. Personally, I left work early and drove across town. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

I normally don't give reviews on places like this, but the experience was too insulting to ignore. Addressing someone you don't know by their first name is insulting to me. So the first time this woman did it , I corrected her. She then did it again, in a more pointed and sarcastic tone. From then on everything she said had a nasty and aggressive feeling to it.
