Took my mother to the Livonia location for blood work. This location does not accept paper orders for testing, but nowhere does it tell you this on the website. It’s very difficult to get my mobility challenges mom out of the house, so it was a wasted trip. My family won’t be using Henry Ford Labs again.
Easy to maneuver to the lab with a walker or wheelchair
My husband's cardiologist sent aan order for blood work post silent heart attack. We get there wait and wait to have them say"We're not part of Henry Ford/Providence. So don't go there.
They will not accept lab orders from non-Henry Ford providers, and they will treat you like you are stupid for asking. They handed me a list of other HF labs and tried to tell me that the other companies' labs in Livonia won't take the orders I had. Luckily I didn't listen to that, Labcorp is 5 minutes west. We went there. Unless the doctor ordering the test is in the building don't try to go here.
