This us the worst office you could go to ! Rude unprofessional and disrespectful. Called to schedule an appointment before i finish she hug up the phone in my face when i called back she said she will reschedule me and im all set looked at my char to find out that my appointment wasn't even changed and they have no availability anymore . They play with peoples life and health.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have colon cancer and my doctor has requested I be seen by this hospital to have a polyp removed. Despite my paperwork being marked urgent and calling on it every day it's been nearly a month and I am still not scheduled. Apparently their doctors feel like it is not necessary to see patients in a timely manner
Was treated terrible.
Dr. Asai and her team are professional and compassionate in office visits and throughout the entire surgery process. This area of expertise requires extra sensitivity and respect and they’ve got it. I’m over the moon about my care and am very comfortable continuing my care here. I came to this office because of multiple horrible, unprofessional experiences I had at the university of Michigan and I’m so glad I did. Bravo Henry!
First of all i want to say THANK GOD THIS WOMAN IS LEAVING THIS OFFICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Amalia J Stefanou Was supposed to be the best .... Yea that's not what we got at all . Cold and heartless and does not belong in this profession at all !! Not everyone is ok being bent over a table to have a exam on a very private part of your body ! And i don't want to hear the whole " well they have seen it all " Some people are still very private people and don't even want to come to drs with these kinds of issues but here we are ...... read more
