Arrived early evening on a Thursday. Received prompt, courteous, professional attention as soon as we pulled up at the exterior ER entrance. Can't say enough about the staff and their attention to my issues from the get-go all the way through to being admitted. Everyone was concerned, responsive, fully communicating what was happening & what to expect. Despite the fact that the ER was BUSY, I was always comfortable and checked on regularly between medical staff visits, consults, etc.
My service on May 18th was completely phenomenal in the emergency room! Everyone was so kind and gracious! Wonderful! My billing questions with insurance and billing- Tonya Brasseur- I give 10 stars! Thank You for everything! The Best!
They really have earned their 2/5 stars. Over 12 hours of my husband sitting in this ER with a partially collapsed lung and pneumonia. Insane. AVOID AT ALL COST.
The people are nice that's the only good thing I can say about it. Went in with really high blood pressure on July 24th 2026. The missed the veins in my arms when drawing blood. They ruined my urine sample had to give one multiple times, and they had me use a bathroom that had blood all over it. The nurse said "you should be fine if you got shoes ". I ended up having to leave without being discharged because after the doctor told me to follow up with my doctor they never came back and discharged me. If you need help don't co... read more
