Have tried calling the office multiple times and have been put on hold each time over a half hour and you cannot leave a message. I'm a new patient and this is totally unacceptable; as a result, I will be seeking another internist / medical facility. This is unfortunate since I went through the process of finding a new primary doctor, making appointments and transferring medical records etc.
Dr. Stober and his staff are the best. They always make me feel happy to be there.
ALWAYS running way behind. Why make an appt and show disdain fir your patient and sit in your office ,while we wait. I show up early and on time, all the time. That is respectful. Dr. Stouffer, although pleasant has no time management skills. I will not be returning and will inform my PCP that she think twice before referring patients there.
