Ive been calling all day, I need an important medication filled and im out of town. Nobody has been answering after 10+ calls, very frustrating and scary that there is no urgency when you all are responsible for people’s health and access to medication.
I've been going there for over a decade and have always been taken care of.
This review is for the office and not about a specific doctor. I do NOT recommend this office. Patient care is definitely not their top priority. It took me calling 3 separate times just to make an appointment. I should have just stopped at that, but didn't. I scheduled an appt for a Tuesday at 7:40am. They told me to arrive at 7:30am. When I showed up at 7:30, their doors were locked and said they opened at 8am. I called 2x with no answer. So I left. They NEVER called me about "missing" my appointment.
