The WORSE experience I could ever have. I needed a GLOBAL referral to see the specialist I needed to see.. come to find out!! The doctor I made an apt with did not send a global referral!! I called them to get a global referral as opposed to the one they gave me, and they couldn’t help me because the doctor I saw was new and not in the system yet. So they couldn’t rush my referral over. Waste of time, took the day off work for nothing!! I will make her my pcp now, but I’m definitely changing my pcp once I get my referral.
Bradley does so much work in the wrong direction that I've never submitted so much paperwork to fix my health records in my life. Scared straight for sure! I've been meaning to for a while but I finally did and it turns out I still have to submit amendments to the records individually. My family and I have been patients here for 5 years. I have such a hard time getting appointments. My daughter has been sick for 4 or 5 days with a terrible cough and throwing up. I was on the phone from 9am this morning til noon and still they will not schedule my daughter an appointment to be seen. Because she was throwing up they had me speak to a nurse practitioner.
