My family and I have been patients here for 5 years. I have such a hard time getting appointments. My daughter has been sick for 4 or 5 days with a terrible cough and throwing up. I was on the phone from 9am this morning til noon and still they will not schedule my daughter an appointment to be seen. Because she was throwing up they had me speak to a nurse practitioner. Tested positive for Covid 07-25-22, after having symptoms beginning 07-24-22. I called the clinic to get Paxlovid since I am high risk (have interstitial lung disease). Got a call back a few hours later asking for details. Was told that they would expedite it since I am high risk. Never heard from them or the pharmacy. Called again at 11am on 07-26-22 inquiring as to why no prescription had been called in for me. They acted like I was calling for the first time! I've been coming here for a long time. I used to see Dr. Kurt Young up until he retired. Dr. Mary Ann Skoures took his place, and I must say she is a wonderful doctor. She truly listens to your concerns and cares about you. She also takes her time and doesn't rush in and out like so many doctors do. If you are looking for a primary care physician who listens, cares, and doesn't rush I recommend you choose her as your doctor. You'll be glad you did.

Horrible service. Waited months for an appointment while my body is weakening for them to call me 2 days before my appointment to say I CANNOT pay cash for the appointment and my insurance isn’t covered. Funny thing is my sister goes there and just got the same insurance. They told me I was ready and covered, now I dont get to see anyone after waiting months? Ridiculous. They didnt care one bit and were rude. If u go here make sure you ask 45 times if you can actually be seen before they waste your time. I spoke to so many p... read more
