Office staff and nurses are always nice! After 3 years here, I just encourage everyone to be mindful selecting your PCP and look into what kind of support you need from a doctor. You may end up with someone who is dismissive, condescending, and likes simples answers. They might push you to accept prescriptions you don’t want. They might forget that you’re a human being sitting in front of them and feel more offense than concern that you want to keep looking into your symptoms. I had an extremely disappointing experience with Henry Ford Allen Park. Unfortunately, both the staff and the doctors lacked professionalism and integrity throughout the process. Not only were important documents completed incorrectly, but after the mistake was made, I was told I would have to pay an additional fee just to have their error corrected.
