My existing HF-affiliated endocrinologist whom I'd been seeing for 7 years retired this summer. He referred me to new doctor at this clinic. Clinic refused to schedule an appointment with a new doctor. Said I must go back to my GP for another referral despite having been seen for 7 years by an endocrinologist in the same HF system, who had referred me to them in the first place.
Dr. Raj was very attentive to the details. Yes he will not sugar coat anything. He asked questions to me as I did doubt some things, because I was confused as my situation with PTH level is not simple. This is the first time in a long time that I had a Dr not make me feel rushed and is VERY proactive in taking on the next step with you . Thank you. The staff was nice as well.
Dr. Raj is AMAZING!!!! I have struggled finding an endocrinologist since I was diagnosed with T1. I walked in feeling nervous about if I would need to find another endocrinologist, and left feeling like a huge weight had been taken off my shoulders. He was so throughout, extremely kind, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense. This office has the worst staff I have ever had in a doctor's office. I'm 74 years old and they are the rudest people there. Are you call? They never answer the phone. When you want an answer they never call back. I am glad the doctor left. I went to his new office because I would never go back there again. Henry Ford has to do something. Maybe fire the whole staff. They are useless
This place took A MONTH to fill my prescription due to the lack of communication between their team members. I constantly called and they never followed up. I called the patient advocate line after that issue and a nurse manager finally followed up. Then to top it off shortly after I complained about that I get a letter in the mail stating Dr. Qutob doesn't work here anymore. Never once have I had an issue with Dr. Qutob.
