Visited for a follow up on a failed hearing aide. Received courteous and a friendly how can I help you message. As my aides will soon reach a 3 year anniversary they will be sent back to the factory
I arrived 1/2 hour late due to "not being a morning person" & this appointment had been rescheduled from my preferred afternoon appointment time due to Dr. Ali having to reschedule for a surgery. Regardless of their reasoning, they were very accommodating & pleasant. The only exception was a very brief introduction to the blond, female "receptionist" who seemed unapproachable, & just shy of being rude...not by what she did or said but her tone or personality where just off-putting, almost 'cold'.
