Went for a hearing test and evaluation. They even wanted to schedule an MRI. Wasted money and two months, before they checked and found out my BCBS uses a third party, and they do work with them. Completely unorganized and useless.
Dr. Vargo, the staff, technicians—the entire team have been thorough and supportive. They have gone the extra mile with scheduling and explaining my inner ear issues in terms I can understand.
