I experienced textbook medical racism at Providence Deighton Family Medicine by Dr. Brandon Anton. I made an appointment to see Dr. Katelyn De Lara, who I have been seeing for my last 3 visits. Instead of Dr. De Lara coming to see me as scheduled, Dr. Brandon Anton came in. Love them all other hospital i went to did not find my terrible source of pain but they did not once bilut twice. And my daughter that same way. She was dehydrated and the other hospitals didnt catch but they did. Me I had a stones in my gall bladder no one else found it but them I had it remove. Love then
Yikes, I would look elsewhere for care. Two of my family members requested prescription refills and both went unfilled for weeks, causing serious health issues. A refill request should be simple, but they couldn't even get that right and seem to have no accountability to patient health. Also, when you call in with questions, they hang up on you.
I have been on hold all together for over an hour. Just for Cynthia to transfer me and no one ever picked up. Stop saying someone else will be with you shortly tell people the truth after lunch you will be waiting up to 40 minutes for someone to take your call. The system is in place why don't someone get it together so that we can take care of our business. Please do better if you're on the clock until5 don't stop a,swearing the phones at 4. Again do better
