Never had an issue with them until recently. My child has been seeing doctors there since he was born, everyone in that office takes his insurance. The doctors are great but the communication with the office is absolutely horrible ! We were never informed that our doctor was retiring until he told us , and never once was told that we had to switch PCP with our insurance until I went to call to make a sick visit with them and was told they could NOT see him due to that, as medical providers they should of made that very clear... read more
amazing doctors been going to them for so long the only problem is they keep you waiting in the room for so long they show up after like 30-40 mins
I can't recommend them anymore. My children and I are being betrayed as we try to document physical and sexual abuse by my mother. The doctor yesterday was one I had never met, and she intimidated me into using a Video Relay Interpreter by taking my arm and moving me back into the exam room, then closing the door. I was a patient myself; my mother was always present during my appointments as my interpreter so I could never speak up about Willow's abuse of me. Good practice with no sick appointments available majority of the time!
Occurring conditions like ADHD are addressed. But when it comes to flu or the children are not feeling good, its always a generic diagnosis. We're told bring them back if they don't get better in several days, and then you have to bring them back because they don't give them any medication and the kids don't get better. It seems like sometimes you have to go to urgent care.
