The doctor was wonderful to me and very validating. But the receptionist I spoke to on the phone was EXTREMELY rude to me. I called and she answered with a really poor attitude. As I was explaining my situation, she cut me off in the middle of my sentence and asked for my name and dob. The only reason I was calling is because I wanted my medication filled since I've been off my thyroid medicine and I've been feeling sick because of it. But I didn't even get to explain that. Entire staff is pleasant, knowledgeable, and kind.
I have been seeing Dr. Mark E Holowinski for over 4 years and up until my last appointment I enjoyed him as my primary doctor. I had been having nerve pain, and I told him I was throwing up he dismissed it and said it was just reflux because I had history of it. Then he preceded to give me reflux medication that I am allergic to and he never addressed my nerve pain. He did order a MRI and it showed arthritis and he said that everything is ok and continue seeing your chiropractor. In the meantime I still have pain. I will be ... read more
Called to get in to see my pop because I just got out of the hospital for a Stent in my kidney and they wouldn't even true to get me in so I can get mes for it for a week horrible office
Dr. Popvoski is an amazing doctor! He always goes above and beyond to help you. The staff is wonderful as well! Everyone is so nice and friendly and willing to go the extra step for the patients! I would highly recommend Dr. Popvoski and his staff if you’re looking for the best family doctor available today! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
