I spoke with the staff on the 3rd floor on the phone. They were very unprofessional. They were laughing and did not listen to the information I had provided. I expected better from an oncology gynecology office.
There's never a long wait, the longest I've waited was 4 minutes to see my oncologist.. the staff is great and helpful
