DO NOT GET A PRENATAL MASSAGE HERE! Absolute money grab. Horrible experience; waste of money and absolutely zero relief. Unable to get a refund for the hour where the “therapist” put oil on me and did not massage me at all. Super pregnant, super sore and super frustrated that I was just scammed out of $85. Shame on Henry ford.
Tried to simply get information to assist my elderly mother. The phone system is absolutely terrible, it repeatedly said I did not hear you because it didn’t recognize what I was asking. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a phone system. After going through the prompts for five minutes, I was put on hold approaching 10 minutes that’s when I hung up. Absolutely unacceptable!
