Be sure you fit their patient profile. They do not accept all patients and diagnoses. The do not have the expertise to treat all types of patients and diagnoses. To my understanding, They have very specific diagnosis that they will work with. Asked the director for the specific list of of diagnoses that they can can work with, he stated that he could not provide that list to me. He also question where I lived and why I would come to this facility!! Feels like a bit of discrimination going on here.
I ruptured my Achilles and my doctor gave me a list of available locations for physical therapy. This location was on the list. I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman and I explained that I was looking to have my physical therapy at that location. He looked at my referral, and told me he would need to speak with the director and get back with me. He returned my call this morning and I was told that unfortunately I cannot come to this location because "they don't treat my condition there". Really? So you're a state of th... read more

Had to go in for an MRI. Parking is next door, free if you get validation, $10/1st hour, $5 each added hour otherwise. Well signed, easy to get from parking to entrance. Check-in was quick, wait time was brief, everyone was professional and polite, even friendly. Would definitely go here again.
I want to thank the check-in staff, and Dr. Estrada for their kindness.
